چکیده

s: Nocardiopsis dassonvillei was isolated from the indoor air of critical areas of hospitals and its pathogenicity was evaluated in vivo. Male albino rats were injected I.P with Nocardiopsis dassonvillei spores (1×10 7 /rat ) for 2 weeks. Different changes in haematological and biochemical parameters after one and two weeks of actinomycete spores injection were assessed. Nocardiopsis infection caused RBCs count decrease and significantly decline Hb concentration compared to control group, while significant increase in WBCs, Neutrophil, Lymphocytes and Platelets were observed. Hepatotoxicity of Nocardiopsis was also investigated through severe drop in the activity of liver function markers (ALT, AST) after 2 weeks. Moreover, it induced hepatic apoptosis which is detected by caspase 3. It can be concluded that exposure to Nocardiopsis dassonvillei spores may cause haematological , biochemical disorders and heptotoxicity,

Molecular identification of a Nocardiopsis dassonvillei blood isolate.

Nocardiopsis dassonvillei is an environmental aerobic actinomycete seldom isolated in cutaneous and pulmonary infections. We herein report the first N. dassonvillei blood isolate in a patient hospitalized for cholangitis. Although morphological characteristics and biochemical tests allowed a presumptive identification of this isolate, cell wall fatty acid chromatographic analysis confirmed iden...

Amino acid compositions and partial sequences of two types of alkaline serine proteases from Nocardiopsis dassonvillei subsp. prasina OPC-210.

protein engineering but also for practical purposes such as potential cleaning agents, food additives, and dehairing agents. Recently, we isolated many alkalophilic actinomycetes as in our previous paper.X) One of the interesting alkalophilic actinomycetes, Nocardiopsis dassonvillei subsp. prasina OPC-210, produced two types of alkaline serine proteases (NDP-I and NDP-II). We have already repor...

Comparative Genomic Analysis of the Genus Nocardiopsis Provides New Insights into Its Genetic Mechanisms of Environmental Adaptability

The genus Nocardiopsis, a widespread group in phylum Actinobacteria, has received much attention owing to its ecological versatility, pathogenicity, and ability to produce a rich array of bioactive metabolites. Its high environmental adaptability might be attributable to its genome dynamics, which can be estimated through comparative genomic analysis targeting microorganisms with close phylogen...

Complete genome sequence of Nocardiopsis dassonvillei type strain (IMRU 509T)

Nocardiopsis dassonvillei (Brocq-Rousseau 1904) Meyer 1976 is the type species of the genus Nocardiopsis, which in turn is the type genus of the family Nocardiopsaceae. This species is of interest because of its ecological versatility. Members of N. dassonvillei have been isolated from a large variety of natural habitats such as soil and marine sediments, from different plant and animal materia...

The Genus Nocardiopsis Represents a Phylogenetically Coherent Taxon and a Distinct Actinomycete Lineage: ProDosal

The genus Nocardiopsis was shown to be phylogenetically coherent and to represent a distinct lineage within the radiation of the order Actinomycetales. The closest relatives of the genus Nocardiopsis are members of the genera Actinomadura, Thermomonospora, Streptosporangium, and Microtetraspora. The intrageneric structure of the genus Nucardiupsis is shown to consist of a highly related species...
